- Graffiti on the brickwork
- Porous bricks have allowed graffiti paint to soak into the brickwork so it wasn’t enough to simply scrub the graffiti off
- Residents have found this extremely unsightly
Resolution:
- Monthind’s specialist team recommended anti-graffiti paint to be applied to the whole area ensuring that if any more graffiti occurs, it will be much easier to remove.
- This was applied over a layer of coloured paint which ensured a natural ‘brick’ colour could be seen through the clear anti-graffiti paint
