Compliance Process

Site-specific risk assessments are drawn up before a contract begins, which inform the training our staff receive and ensure full compliance with both our own stringent health and safety policy and all applicable legislation. COSHH assessments are also carried out, along with any other assessments that address additional risks particular to a given contract.

Outside specific contracts, we pride ourselves on delivering on-going training to our staff in the form of internal and external group training sessions, toolbox talks and newsletters. Our team members possess a range of high-level safety certifications, giving us a depth of knowledge and expertise that underpins the trust our clients have in us.

Additionally, independent audits are carried out by our Business Compliance Department at all our sites, which assess cleaning operation, site health and safety, training requirements and cleaning standards. Audit reports are then passed to you, our client, to assist in the smooth running of all your cleaning operations.

Quality Service

The consistent delivery of a high-quality, value-for-money service is dependent on regular, accurate monitoring of service standards. Our management team carries out regular onsite Quality Assurance Inspections. Any remedial action is completed promptly and free of charge.

Our regular Quality Inspections are designed to measure all aspects of our performance including:

  • Cleaning standards
  • Equipment efficiency
  • Safety of machinery
  • COSHH compliance
  • Condition of cleaning cupboard
  • Staff uniforms and ID
  • Communications books
  • Staff attendance records
  • H&S documentation within site files

Quality Assurance Statement

ISO 9001:2015

All our procedures and systems have been fully assessed and certified with ISO9001: 2015. We have compiled a full Quality Management System, with detailed procedures to ensure a high standard of customer service, supplier analysis, performance standards, complaints procedures, corrective and preventive actions etc. Monthind Clean was first awarded ISO status in 1992, and has maintained certification since that time. Our external auditor from NQA audits our Quality Management System on a yearly basis at both our Colchester office and Gorleston office.

 

Further to this our Business Services Team will carry out independent Compliance Inspections to ensure our staff are working safely and full compliance is adhered to.
