The consistent delivery of a high-quality, value-for-money service is dependent on regular, accurate monitoring of service standards. Our management team carries out regular onsite Quality Assurance Inspections. Any remedial action is completed promptly and free of charge.

Our regular Quality Inspections are designed to measure all aspects of our performance including:

ISO 9001:2015

All our procedures and systems have been fully assessed and certified with ISO9001: 2015. We have compiled a full Quality Management System, with detailed procedures to ensure a high standard of customer service, supplier analysis, performance standards, complaints procedures, corrective and preventive actions etc. Monthind Clean was first awarded ISO status in 1992, and has maintained certification since that time. Our external auditor from NQA audits our Quality Management System on a yearly basis at both our Colchester office and Norwich office.

 

Further to this our Business Services Team will carry out independent Compliance Inspections to ensure our staff are working safely and full compliance is adhered to.
