Our Ipswich-based contracts manager Julie Abbott is celebrating 25 years with Monthind Clean.
Julie started her role with Monthind as a part-time evening cleaner in 1993 when her son was just six months old. She was soon promoted to a supervisory role, and now manages our key contracts in Ipswich and Felixstowe.
Julie said, “I’ve never considered working for another company because I love what I do. I was the first contract manager to personally visit sites and I have built great relationships with our customer base in Suffolk. I have an amazing team in the area and even my children worked part-time at Monthind while they were studying.”
In recognition of her long service, Monthind held a celebration lunch and presentation, where Julie was presented with a bouquet, and £250 in shopping vouchers.

We’re proud to have her on the team, and we look forward to the next twenty-five years!”
